- Realink is offering one (1) $200 Woolworths gift card to the referrer, and the landlord will have $200 credit for each successful referral. This offer is strictly on a property by property basis. Everyone can redeem this offer multiple times on a successful referral basis.
- This offer is subject to successful referrals signing a three (3) month Exclusive Leasing and Management Authority with Realink . Realink will issue the rewards three (3) months after a successful referral. Referrals may be contacted in writing, via telephone, or via email. Referrers may be contacted in writing, informing them that their referral has been successful
- The $200 Woolworths gift card has terms and conditions that apply, they are available electronically at https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au. Realink accepts no liability for lost or stolen gift cards. Any issues with use are to be discussed directly with Woolworths via https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au
- Properties referred to Realink must be located within Melbourne metropolitan area.
- Properties referred to Realink must meet all regulatory safety standards.
- If the referral currently has their property managed by another real estate agency and they have signed a current Exclusive Leasing and Management Authority, they cannot participate in this program until it expires.
- Realink cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or negligence as a result of participating in this program. Realink will not be held responsible to pay any outstanding commission, advertising costs, or any other costs associated with any previous real estate agency.
- This program offers no cash alternative and is not redeemable for cash.
- Realink reserves the right to decline referrals and property transfers. No correspondence will be entered into and Realink ’s decision is final on all matters.
- Realink is responsible for administering this program and receives no rebate.
