Real Estate Employee Level 2 or above.

Need to have worked in property sales or commercial, industrial or retail leasing as a Real Estate Employee Level 2.

A licensed real estate agent

As a licensed real estate agent for at least 12 consecutive months over the previous 3 years.

The Realink will sign the commission only employment contract. The employer superannuation contribution will be paid in addition to the commission earned.
Realink typically releases your payout in 5 business days via direct deposit after your commission released in the platform. To check the status of your payout, visit your transaction history. If you have a minimum payout amount set, your payout won't be released until that amount is met.
Agents earning $0-$500,000 GCI retain 80%. Earning $500,000-$1 Million GCI retain 85%. Earning $1 Million or more GCI retain 90%. PLUS SUPERANNUATION
